1) Please allow us 1 to 7 business days to respond your order.

2) We will email an invoice with Purchase Order Number and the total price including the packing material fee + lowest shipping charge we can quote. (The packing material fee and the shipping fee consist of the shipping box, the carrier cost, the payment processing cost. It typically turns out between $ 9.00 to $ 20.00.)

3) Please confirm the detail of the invoice. If it's acceptable, please follow the instructions to make a payment. Your invoice and credit card will be processed through PayPal. Credit card payments do not require to have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select Guest Checkout after the link in the invoice.

4) Your order will be shipped out only after your payment gets verified.

CANCELLATION: Please disregard your invoice or email us about it (preferred). We may send a reminder for open invoices after 30 days. All invoices unpaid for more than 60 days will be cancelled.

RETURN & REFUND: If you wish to return your purchase, please promptly contact us first. Generally, we refund the price of the unopened package(s) when the return happens by the customer's responsibility. We refund the full invoiced amount when the return happens due to our our responsibility. Other specifics may be considered on the case-by-case basis.
